By accessing or using Surehand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Surehand for your service business management. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the software
• Use the software for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the software to another person

3. Subscription and Billing

Surehand is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Price changes with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to Surehand. You grant us a license to use, store, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Surehand:

• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• To transmit harmful code or malware
• To spam or harass other users
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To interfere with or disrupt the service

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Surehand be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.
